木质素高值化利用

木质素是自然界储量最为丰富的可再生芳香族高分子,其骨架富含芳环结构与多样含氧官能团,是替代化石资源、构筑高性能功能材料的重要平台分子。然而,木质素结构高度无序、化学键能差异显著且抗降解性强,致使其高效定向转化长期面临挑战。本人研究以木质素高值化利用为统一主线,将"解聚—改造—成材"贯通为一个有机整体:以目标功能材料为牵引,对木质素实施可控解聚与定向改造,进而构筑系列高附加值功能材料。围绕这一主线,研究工作于以下两个层面递进展开。

一、木质素的解聚与改造

木质素的高效利用,首先取决于对其大分子骨架的可控解聚与定向改造。研究聚焦惰性化学键活化与高活性中间体易缩合之间的固有矛盾,发展温和、绿色的选择性解聚与氧化体系,将木质素定向转化为结构明晰的芳香单体与平台化合物;并辅以接枝、共聚、磺化、胺化及酚羟基调控等手段对其进行结构修饰,精准调节反应活性、溶解性与界面行为,为下游功能材料提供结构可控、性能可调的分子基元。为实现上述温和而高选择性的转化,研究中以共价有机框架(COFs)、单原子纳米酶等为平台,师法天然木质素降解酶(漆酶、过氧化物酶)构筑类酶催化体系,作为支撑解聚与改造的关键工具。

二、木质素基功能材料

承接上述解聚与改造所得的分子基元,以改造后的木质素为平台分子,面向能源、环境、生物医用与绿色化工等领域的重大需求,构筑系列高值化功能材料;而材料的性能需求亦反向牵引并定义上游的解聚与改造路线,由此形成"应用牵引—解聚改造—材料落地"的闭环研究范式:
